Group action following Illness at the Alcudia Pins Hotel, Majorca

IM successfully recovered damages exceeding £3.2 million on behalf of over 1,900 people who stayed at the Alcudia Pins Hotel, Majorca between June and September 2003. There was a widespread outbreak of gastric illness at the hotel during the 2003 summer season, and this was later traced to the hotel's swimming pool which was contaminated with cryptosporidium
