Irritable Bowel Syndrome Contracted at Hotel

Client A and Client B went for a relaxing break to the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel in Paphos, Greece in November 2003. During the first week of the holiday they were both suffering from abdominal pain and diarrhoea and a loss of appetite. The clients had noticed that a number of guests were complaining of similar problems. These symptoms continued on return to the UK and also continue to affect these Clients till present day.
Despite initially denying liability, First Choice Holiday and Flights Limited later admitted liability after he issue and service of formal legal proceedings and we negotiated settlement of their Claims.
Client A and B have been diagnosed with mild Irritable bowel syndrome for the foreseeable future.
After making a claim, they received £16,000 in illness compensation.
