First Choice Admit liability for Royal Park Illness Clients

Tour Operator, First Choice Holidays and Flights Limited  has admitted liability in respect of 13 clients who travelled to the Royal Park Hotel in Bulgaria in the summer of 2007, subject to the clients proving that they fell ill on holiday as a result of a bacterial infection.

All the clients suffered gastric symptoms which completely ruined their holiday. Mrs Whittle from East London is one of the clients who travelled to the Royal Park Hotel in August 2007 and fell ill with serve diarrhoea and abdominal pain.

Mrs Whittle commented that on arrival she found that the Hotel looked lovely from the outside, but the service at the Hotel was appalling, the food was undercooked and served cold most of the time.

Mrs Whittle fell ill on the first week of her holiday and she has continued to suffer the effects of her holiday illness.

Irwin Mitchell is currently ascertaining medical evidence for the client in order to discuss settlement of these claims.
