Irwin Mitchell represented 23 people whose holidays at the Elinites Holiday Village in Bulgaria where ruined after falling ill with gastric illness in October 2004. Our clients had complained about the poor standard of the hotel, the lack of cleanliness in and around the swimming pools and generally poor food hygiene standards.
Tour operator First Choice admitted liability and Irwin Mitchell successfully recovered compensation over £25,000 for our clients. The tour operator also agreed to cover the legal costs.
