Irwin Mitchell recovered over £10,000 in damages for 2 holidaymakers following a disastrous holiday to the Casa Marina Beach Hotel in the Dominican Republic in 2004. Our clients contracted gastric illness during their stay. They also complained of very poor food hygiene standards as well as the hotel not being to the standard it appeared to in the brochure.
