The holidaymakers booked their holidays on an all inclusive basis. After arriving at the Hotel all 7 fell ill suffering from symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal cramps.
The holidaymakers have stated that they saw cockroaches at the resort and noted what appeared to be sewage being used to water the gardens at the Hotel. The holidaymakers have also commented that food at the Hotel appeared to be served undercooked, at the wrong temperature and looked like it was recycled from previous meals.
