Alcudia Pins Hotel 2004
Compensation recovered for 8 holidaymakers after ruined holidays at the Alcudia Pins Hotel, Majorca
Irwin Mitchell represented 2 families whose holidays at the Alcudia Pins Hotel in summer 2004 were ruined by an outbreak of cryptosporidiosis which caused them to fall ill. Our clients had complained about the poor standard of the hotel, the lack of cleanliness in and around the swimming pools and generally poor food hygiene standards.
Tour operator My Travel denied liability but despite this we succeeded in recovering £6,800 in compensation for our clients. The tour operator also agreed to cover their legal costs.
