Illness at Can Garden Resort Hotel
Over £15,000 recovered for illness at the Can Garden Resort Hotel, Turkey in 2006
Irwin Mitchell acted for 2 couples who holidayed at the Can Garden Resort Hotel, Turkey in summer 2005. As a result of poor hygiene standards at the hotel, all 4 Claimants fell ill, suffering unpleasant gastric illness. While one of our clients recovered within two weeks, two of them were left with long term food intolerances and one was left suffering mild Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Following negotiations with the Defendant tour operator, Irwin Mitchell was able to agree settlement of our clients’ claims for more than £15,000 in total. The tour operator also agreed to pay their legal costs.
