Our client was the middle rear seat passenger in a car while on holiday in France. As a result of a head-on collision with another vehicle, she suffered severe abdominal and spinal injuries.
Although she has made a good recovery considering the seriousness of her injuries, she will suffer symptoms for the rest of her life.
