£400,000 Compensation Following Road Traffic Accident In France

On 5 August 2002 our client was the middle rear seat passenger in a vehicle whilst on holiday in France.  The driver of her vehicle was not used to driving on the “wrong” side of the road and pulled into path of on-coming traffic.

As a result of the accident, our client sustained severe abdominal and spinal injuries. The injuries required the input of several different medical experts.  She has made a remarkable recovery but will suffer with symptoms arising from her injuries for the rest of her life.

The driver admitted liability and our client’s claim eventually settled for £400,000.
