Illness On MS Carousel Cruise Ship
Irwin Mitchell represented a number of clients who suffered gastric illness, including diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting, whilst on board the MS Carousel in 2004.
Many clients reported that they were aware of other passengers who had also fallen ill whilst on board the cruise ship with some being confined to their cabin.
Irwin Mitchell negotiated a satisfactory settlement for a number of clients without the need to issue formal legal proceedings. The Defendant also covered our clients’ legal costs.
