£9625 recovered following ski accident in France
Our client collided with another skier, as two pistes merged.
It was agreed with both parties that due to the nature of the accident, the difficulty in establishing liability and the seriousness of both parties’ injuries, each insurer would settle the claims fully, instead of agreeing on a share liability.
Compensation Claim for Skiing Accident
Our client fractured her arm and wrist and was unable to work fully for 45 days and then had to adjust her work for another 2 months before returning to full duties. She has now a small scar that is still noticeable and has a lost a degree of mobility in her wrist.
Our client has received €10775 for her Personal Injury claim together with a further offer for her lost earnings and loss of holidays. This has an equivalent value of £9625 all inclusive.
