Other Injury, Accidents
You may have had an accident abroad which does not fit into the other categories of cases mentioned in this website.
We also have significant experience of acting for the victims of accidents abroad such as:-
1. Workplace accidents.
2. Sporting accidents e.g. skiing accidents.
4. Trips or fall in a public place or building.
5. Clinical Negligence.
If you have been injured in an accident not in any of the above categories, you may still have a claim. For further advice about the possibility of bringing a claim contact us now.
Basis of claim
In many cases it will be necessary to prove that someone, some institution or company was at fault and that their fault caused your injury. However, this is not always necessary as in some circumstances; “No fault” laws apply that mean an accident victim is entitled to compensation as of right.
Where you can bring your claim
You may be able to bring your claim in the U.K. If not, your claim may have to be brought in the country where your accident occurred. We will provide the best advice as to how to proceed and we will be able to act for you whether your case proceeds in the U.K. or abroad.
Time limits within which a claim can be brought vary throughout the world. It is therefore important that you contact us as soon as possible for advice. Remember, we offer a FREE initial consultation.
