Costa Europa Cruise Ship Crash

Irwin Mitchell is acting for holidaymakers after they were involved in a crash onboard the Costa Europa Cruise Ship in February 2010.
It is reported that three sailors have been killed and a number of passengers injured after the ship was caught in strong winds and collided with the dock in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, leaving a 2 metre wide hole in the hull of the ship. The ship was travelling on an 18 day cruise from Dubai to Savona when the incident occurred.

If you also travelled onboard this ship and suffered from injury as a result of the incident, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also the pain and suffering caused by the injury that you suffered.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
