Cayo Coco, Cuba 2012

The specialist International Travel litigation Team at Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Hotel la Laguna, Cayo Coco, in Cuba during their holidays taken in March 2012.

It is also reported that many people staying at the hotel had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness, suspected to be food poisoning. It has been reported that one holidaymaker contracted e-coli whilst staying at the hotel and suffered from excruciating pain.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
