Illness Reported at Coco Bay Resort

Irwin Mitchell are alarmed to hear that holidaymakers who stayed at the Coco Bay Resort in Antigua during September 2010 returned from the hotel with symptoms of gastric illness. One report has indicated that a couple staying at the hotel cut their two week holiday in half because they were so ill.
It has also been reported that approximately ten other people were seen to be suffering from similar symptoms whilst staying at the hotel and that many sought medical treatment from the resort doctor, one guest was said to be put on a drip in their bedroom.
It has been reported that cockroaches were found breeding in a bowl of sugar in the hotel room fridge and that birds were able to fly into the restaurant and eat left over food left on the tables. This is particularly concerning as birds are often the carriers of bacteria which can cause severe gastric infections, including Campylobacter.

Irwin Mitchell is eager to hear from anyone who has contracted illness or sustained an injury during their holiday at this hotel.

Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
