Memories Grand Bahama Beach & Casino Resort, 2016
We're concerned about recent reports of guests falling ill while on holiday at the Memories Grand Bahama Beach and Casino Resort in the Bahamas, between January and June 2016.
Despite positive reviews, our International Personal Injury team is aware that some holidaymakers fell ill during their stay at the hotel. One guest claims that some of the buffet food was “out way too long and not at the right temperature”. Other tourists report falling ill with gastric symptoms: one reported that 7 out of a group of 9 holidaymakers became ill.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as permanent complications arising such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Grand Bahama Beach and Casino Resort in the Bahamas and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
