Henry Morgan Resort – Honduras 2013

Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of a report of illness contracted by holidaymakers during their stay at the Henry Morgan Resort, Honduras in August 2013.

Despite some positive reviews, one holidaymaker has reported how her two daughters suffered from illness during their stay at the resort. Whilst the exact cause of the illness is not yet known, it is thought that it may be as a result of a breakdown in the food hygiene procedures.

The holidaymaker reports how some of the meats were served uncooked at times, and that some of the pasta dishes at lunch were on occasion re-served again at dinner.
