Beaches Turks & Caicos resort

Irwin Mitchell is concerned to hear reports of illness affecting guests staying at the Beaches Turks & Caicos all inclusive resort in the Caribbean during March 2012.

It has been reported that one client has possibly been affected by salmonella food poisoning after dining at one of the resort restaurants. Symptoms of gastric illness usually include diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps and lethargy and can often be contracted after consuming food which has become contaminated due to a break down in food hygiene procedures.

If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
