Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness contracted by holidaymakers after their stay at the Westin Golf Resort & Spa, Costa Rica in March 2014.
Despite a number of positive reviews one holidaymaker has reported that she fell ill during her holiday and she describes how she was bedridden due to her illness. She reports how she was also aware of other people at the resort who also fell ill with similar symptoms. The holidaymaker states that her son also suffered from illness suffering from symptoms of diarrhoea and a high fever. The holidaymaker said she was still unwell upon return home and that it was necessary for her husband to take time off work to look after her.
