We’ve been contacted by a couple whose Valentine’s trip was ruined after they both fell ill with respiratory problems aboard the Arcadia Cruise ship earlier this year.
The couple suffered from a prevalent cough, fever and tiredness while on board. They say that while they were waiting to see the ship’s doctor they saw a number of other guests who were also suffering from a cough similar to their own. One of the passengers went to see his GP when he returned home as his symptoms were ongoing.
We are already acting on behalf of 14 passengers who travelled on the Arcadia cruise ship in 2015. We’re concerned to hear these further reports of illness that suggest there may be some continuing hygiene issues on the cruise ship.
