Brilliance of the Seas
Irwin Mitchell are concerned to receive reports from passengers who travelled on board Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas, in June 2014 and suffered gastric illness.
Passengers report suffering from symptoms of diarrhoea, nausea and lethargy. One passenger passed out as a result of their illness and had to be rushed to the medical centre. Following their visit to the medical centre, the passenger was quarantined as a result of their illness.
Despite a number of positive reviews the passengers complained of some of the food being served at an incorrect temperature and smelling not quite right. Passengers report that the start of their cruise was also delayed by a few hours in order to allow a deep clean to take place on board the ship.
