Carnival Glory, Carnival Cruise Liners

Reports of illness from the CDC have concerned Irwin Mitchell. The CDC (Centres for Disease Control and Prevention) have suggested that there has been an outbreak of illness on board the Carnival Glory cruise liner, operated by Carnival Cruise Liners. The vessel sailed between 9th October 2010 and 16th October 2010.

Irwin Mitchell are highly experienced solicitors who may be able to recover compensation for holiday makers who contracted illness on board the vessel and we have successfully recovered damages in a number of previous cruise cases. It is imperative that hygiene standards on board vessels such as this are kept under control, otherwise, the infectious bacteria can be easily spread throughout the vessel.

Irwin Mitchell is eager to investigate this matter further and would urge victims of illness who holidayed on board the vessel to contact us urgently. If your Thomson Dream cruise holiday was a nightmare and you have been affected by gastric illness, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
