Celebrity Eclipse Cruise 2016
Our expert International Personal Injury team is currently representing passengers who became ill with gastric symptoms following their stay on board the Celebrity Eclipse Cruise in June 2016.
Despite positive reviews of the cruise elsewhere, we're also aware that some passengers fell ill following a stay on board the ship. One claims that some of the food was sometimes "tepid or cold". The passengers have reported that they faced a delay boarding the ship due to a norovirus outbreak on the previous cruise. The holidaymakers describe how they all suffered gastric illness, including diarrhoea and vomiting.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in the stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also holidayed on board the Celebrity Eclipse Cruise and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases like this and could help you get compensation.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
