Celebrity Eclipse Cruise, June 2016

Our specialist International Personal Injury Team have been instructed by a couple following their stay on board the Celebrity Eclipse in June 2016.

The couple’s annual holiday was ruined after one of them suffered with gastric illness. They suffered with gastric illness which included diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps. Our client’s symptoms were so severe that he required medical attention on board the ship and on his return to the UK. Upon his return, he sought medical treatment from his own GP and, following various tests, he was later diagnosed with Campylobacter.
