Crown Princess Cruise
Irwin Mitchell’s leading International Travel Litigation Group has been approached by a number of passengers who have suffered from illness whilst on board the Crown Princess Cruise.
The ship was on a cruise around the United States last week, when a number of passengers on board the cruise were struck down with symptoms of gastroenteritis including stomach cramps and diarrhoea.
The most recent reports of illness are from April 2014, but we have previously acted for clients who travelled on board the Crown Princess Cruise in 2012, who also fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. Irwin Mitchell was able to obtain compensation for these clients.
Gastroenteritis can cause, amongst other things, watery diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, high temperature, headaches and aching limbs. Children and the elderly are particularly at risk.
If you have also suffered from symptoms relating to gastroenteritis or have fallen ill whilst on holiday, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your illness.
