Independence of the Seas Cruise - 2012

The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell, have been instructed to act on behalf of a group of clients who holidayed on board The Independence of the Seas Cruise Ship, in October 2012. Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after learning of reports of  illness amongst guests staying on board the Cruise Ship.

Our clients report suffering from symptoms including diarrhoea, sickness and abdominal cramps and they report how they are still suffering on their return home.

If you have been affected by illness following a stay on this vessel, you may be able to pursue a claim for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
