Oriana Cruise, December 2012

Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation team have successfully settled claims for a group of 22 passengers following their holidays on board the Oriana cruise ship around the Baltic states during the festive period in December 2012.

Irwin Mitchell were instructed by 22 passengers to pursue claims against Carnival, the parent company of P&O cruises. Passengers suffered with serious gastric symptoms and some were confined to their cabins as staff attempted to contain the outbreak.

This is not the first time Irwin Mitchell has represented passengers on this vessel as the team notably settled cases for passengers affected by gastric illness problems on the Oriana in November 2011. Irwin Mitchell is now also representing 18 passengers who travelled on board the Oriana between April and May 2013.

If you have also travelled on board the Oriana and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
