We've been contacted by a couple following their stay on board the Sapphire Princess Cruise Ship in April 2016.
The passengers booked the cruise ship hoping for a relaxing break - however, during the holiday one of them began to experience severe symptoms of gastric illness. These symptoms became so severe they were forced to leave the ship and find a local hospital for emergency treatment. They then spent five nights in hospital before cutting their cruise short and returning home to the UK.
Last year we also represented a couple who suffered with gastric illness while on board the Sapphire Princess Cruise Ship during early 2015.
