Grand Princess Cruise Liner

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of passengers becoming ill on the Grand Princess cruise liner after holidaymakers travelled around the Mediterranean onboard this ship on a  cruise, which was taken between 23 April 2010 and 8 May 2010.

It is reported that there has been widespread gastric illness onboard the ship after approximately 800 passengers have allegedly become ill with symptoms of gastric illness. A range of quality issues are also alleged.

If you also travelled onboard this ship and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
