MS Orchid Cruise Ship

Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by holiday makers who were taken ill with after cruising on the MS Orchid Cruise ship on the Nile in November and December 2009.
Passengers reported strong fumes in their cabin, possibly coming from the engine which caused symptoms that included nausea and headaches. Clients have sought medical attention whilst on board and after returning to the United Kingdom.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from anyone affected in a similar way whilst cruising on this ship.
If you have been affected by illness following a stay on this cruise ship, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.  For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
