Illness on Pacific Sun Cruiseliner
It has come to our attention that the Pacific Sun Cruiseliner has been involved in a storm which has caused injury to a number of passengers onboard.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on 30 July 2008 where passengers travelling onboard the P&O Operated Cruiseliner were injured after the ship was caught in a storm near to Auckland in New Zealand.
It is thought that around 40 passengers suffered from varying degrees of injury including broken arms and bruising after the ship is alleged to have rolled onto its side during the storm.
It is thought that the ship has continued on its voyage, suffering further delay due to this incident. Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from anyone affected by this incident.
