Royal Caribbean Cruises - Vision of the Seas

Irwin Mitchell has recently received reports that holidaymakers have contracted gastric illness whilst holidaying on board  the Vision of the Seas liner, operated by Royal Caribbean Cruises during a voyage around South Africa in March 2010.

Over 45 passengers have reportedly become ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to poor standards and a lack of hygiene procedures onboard the liner.

If you have been affected by gastric illness following a holiday on this ship, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
