Thomson Majesty Cruise - March 2013
Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by passengers who suffered from illness whilst travelling onboard the Thomson Majesty Cruise in March 2013.
The passengers suffered from acute diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal cramping and nausea whilst onboard the ship.
Despite a number of positive reviews, the passengers have complained about the hygiene on the ship, being particularly concerned about what appeared to be sewage running out of the taps and showers.
Irwin Mitchell were made aware of passengers who were suffering illness whilst travelling onboard the Thomson Majesty in Christmas 2012. Concerns were also raised in particular in relation to the condition of the cabins and the quality of the food.
Irwin Mitchell asks that anyone that suffered gastric symptoms whilst on the Thomson Majesty Cruise to make contact to discuss bringing an action for not only the ruined holiday but also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.
