BlueBay Cayo Coco Hotel

Irwin Mitchell are concerned to have received reports of illness at the Blue Bay Hotel in the resort of Cayo Coco, Cuba.

Holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel between June 2011 and October 2011 are reported to have suffered from symptoms of gastric illness associated with suspected food poisoning.

Other complaints relating to this hotel include food being served uncovered, new food appeared to be added on top of existing food, and that food was served on more than one occasion. Pest control was also said to be poor, with wild cats being seen in or around the restaurant as well as insects being seen in or around food.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you suffered.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
