WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Cayo Santa Maria, 2015 & 2016
We’re worried to hear reports from November 2015 to February 2016 of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms while on holiday at the Cayo Santa Maria in Cuba.
Despite positive reviews of the hotel online, we’ve also learnt about holidaymakers who fell ill during their stay there. Some tourists comment that some of the food was “lukewarm” and that there was “no heat coming off food trays”. Others report falling ill with gastric symptoms – among them a number of people from a large group of 22.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We have significant experience helping those unlucky enough to contract gastric illness while on holiday. We’re very aware of the complications that can develop because of such illness, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The effects can sometimes develop into a problem that is long-term, or even permanent.
If you also travelled to the Cayo Santa Maria and have subsequently been ill, we’d like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases like this and can advise you on claiming compensation for your trip.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
