"The team at Irwin Mitchell has a ‘pre-eminent reputation’ for travel personal injury work"

Grand Memories Varadero, 2016

Irwin Mitchell’s international personal injury lawyers are alarmed to learn that guests fell ill while staying at the Grand Memories Varadero, in Cuba, between January and March 2015.

Despite some positive online reviews, holidaymakers have claimed that they fell ill with gastric symptoms, including diarrhoea and stomach problems. They also expressed that the food they were served was consistently cold. It’s also been suggested that the tray warmers were never turned on in order to keep food warm.

Another visitor has reported that they only saw the pool being cleaned once during their entire stay.

If you’ve also been to the Grand Memories Varadero, in Cuba, and subsequently experienced symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.
