Hotel Oasis Turquesa, Cuba
Reports have been received of an outbreak of suspected food poisoning at the Hotel Oasis Turquesa in Cuba for holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel in February 2010.
It is reported that over 100 holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness, with some requiring hospitalisation as a result of their symptoms. It is thought that their illness was caused by food consumed at the hotel.
A range of quality issues in relation to the hotel and hygiene standards are also reported.
If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you have suffered.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
