WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY

"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Iberostar Ensenachos, 2017

We've been concerned by recent reports of illness among guests at the Iberostar Ensenachos between April and June 2017.

The hotel has enjoyed positive reviews too, however our International Personal Injury team has also been made aware of some tourists becoming ill during their stay there. One holidaymaker claims that some of the food was “at best slightly warm”, whilst another claims that “birds stand and eat out of the food trays” and that they saw “chefs dishing up food into trays using hands”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, we know the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Iberostar Ensenachos in Cuba and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
