WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar Resort & Spa, 2016
We’re concerned to discover that some tourists have recently fallen ill with gastric symptoms while on holiday at the Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa in Cuba during January and February 2016.
Though the resort has also garnered some positive reviews, we’ve learnt of reports from guests who fell ill during their time at the hotel. One holidaymaker describes how her husband suffered from vomiting and diarrhoea when they were there in January 2016.
Another tourist said his wife was violently ill and took four or five days to recover fully.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We have significant experience helping those unlucky enough to contract gastric illness while on holiday. We’re very aware of the complications that can develop because of such illness, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The effects can sometimes develop into a problem that is long-term, or even permanent.
If you also travelled to the Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa in Cuba and have subsequently been ill, we’d like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases like this and can advise you on claiming compensation for your trip.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
