Paradisus Princesa Del Mar Resort & Spa, 2017

We're concerned by recent reports of illness among guests at the Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa in Cuba between April and June 2017.
Despite positive reviews of the hotel online, Irwin Mitchell's expert International Personal Injury team is also aware that some holidaymakers fell ill during their stay there. One guest claims that they “caught a bird eating a few desserts”, while another reported that much of the food was "served cold" and the chicken was "undercooked". Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know the long term effects that it can potentially cause, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa in Cuba and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. Irwin Mitchell specialises in dealing with these cases and could help you get compensation.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete or enquiry form and we will call you back.
