WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Playa Pesquero, 2016
Our specialist International Personal Injury team has been contacted by several holidaymakers who suffered illness during a stay at the Hotel Playa Pesquero in Cuba in May and July 2016.
The tourists report that during their stay at the hotel, some holidaymakers began to experience symptoms of gastric illness, including diarrhoea and vomiting. These symptoms continued when they returned home. The guests saw flies around the food in the restaurant area and cockroaches in their room. They also noticed tiles missing in the swimming pool and noted that the water was sometimes discoloured.
Jatinder Paul, an Associate Solicitor and specialist in International Personal Injury cases at Irwin Mitchell, said: "We are concerned to hear of further reports of illness at the Hotel Playa Pesquero. Unfortunately for these holidaymakers, their holiday was ruined as a result of the illness and will now be remembered for all the wrong reasons. We will now be conducting our own investigations as to the cause of our clients' illness."
If you also stayed on board the Hotel Playa Pesquero and suffered gastric illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in cases of this nature and could help you make a claim for compensation, both for your ruined holiday and also the pain caused by the illness you suffered.
