Sol Sirenas Coral Resort, Cuba

The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to hear about a food poisoning probe after guests fell ill at the Sol Sirenas Coral Resort in Cuba.

It has been reported that the holidaymakers suffered from gastric illnesses and believed it may have been due to the uncooked food at the resort. One holidaymaker described how her mother got severe food poisoning and was confined to her bed for 3 days.

It has also been reported by the holidaymakers that during their stay at Sol Sirenas Coral Resort, they did not have any running water or electricity for a few hours one morning. Guests have also reported that the housekeeper was not changing their bed sheets regularly, and the floors in their bedrooms were often left dirty.

If you have also suffered from gastric illnesses whilst staying at the Sol Sirenas Coral Resort, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your illness, and also, the pain and suffering caused due to this.
