Cyprotel Laura Beach Hotel, 2015

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of recent reports of illness from guests who stayed at the Cyprotel Laura Beach Hotel in Cyprus between July and August 2015.

Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was “inedible” and that the “hot food was over seasoned, watery and barely warm.” Other guests described that the “chicken was pink and appeared raw in the middle.” Concerns were also raised by visitors who noticed that cooked and raw meat appeared to be handled at the same time, leading to possible cross-contamination.

A number of holidaymakers have reported falling ill at the resort, including a party of 18, with diarrhoea and sickness.

If you have also travelled to the Cyprotel Laura Beach Hotel in Cyprus and subsequently experienced symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
