Tsokkos Gardens Hotel
Irwin Mitchell’s specialist international personal injury lawyers have been contacted by holidaymakers who experienced illness following their stay at the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel, in Cyprus, during August 2015.
The guests have reported that they suffered from gastrointestinal illness, with symptoms including diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting.
The holidaymakers noticed that a lot of the food served in the hotel restaurant was lukewarm and not served at the correct temperature, for example the soup and the meat. They also reported that new food appeared to be added to existing food and that cold food did not appear to be appropriately chilled, for example the salad and the desserts.
Furthermore, holidaymakers have expressed that flies were often seen in the restaurant and a cat was seen outside of the restaurant alongside birds perching on the tables.
If you have also travelled to the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of this nature, would like to hear from you.
