Allegro Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic - June 2011

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness, believed to have been caused by food provided by the Allegro Puerto Plata resort in Dominican Republic. The reports relate to holiday makers, holidaying in June 2011.
It has been suggested by holiday makers that the food provided by the hotel was very limited and had been placed in the heat, uncovered for a long period of time. One holidaymaker has stated that they fell ill with gastric symptoms two days into the holiday and also recalls a significant amount of people who visited the resort of suffering the same symptoms.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
