Irwin Mitchell has become aware of illness affecting some holidaymakers who have recently travelled to the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe in Dominican Republic.
Despite some positive reports, a recent report suggests that some holidaymakers have suffered from illness following their stay at the hotel in June this year.
Reports suggest that some holidaymakers suffered from symptoms of stomach pains, diarrhoea and sickness with one group reporting that 13 out of the 15 in their group suffered from these symptoms. Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn that holidaymakers have returned home from their holiday still suffering with ongoing symptoms.
One hotel guests has reported that the food at the hotel appeared to have been re-served from the previous day. Other guests have reported that the restaurant waiters never sanitized their hands after cleaning dirty tables.
