Irwin Mitchell we are concerned about the complaints from holidaymakers who holidayed at the all inclusive Barcelo Domincan Beach, Dominican Republic during summer 2010.
Guests have reported that the hotel was poorly maintained and that holidaymakers had contracted sickness and diarrhoea, possibly due to the poor quality of food and the lack of hygiene standards at the hotel. Complaints have included burgers being served raw in the middle and buffet food being described as 'inedible'.
Guests who have been affected by the outbreak of illness have reported suffering from diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea and symptoms of food poisoning.
