Barcelo Hotel, Punta Cana

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness at the Barcelo Hotel in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic for holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel in early 2010.

It is reported that a number of holidaymakers have become ill and that food was of a poor standard. A range of further quality issues were also reported.

Irwin Mitchell is currently pursuing cases arising from illness at this hotel in 2009 and has previously  successfully pursued a number of cases involving the Barcelo chain of hotels in different countries.
