WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY

"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Bavaro Princess, 2015

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests became ill following visits to the Bavaro Princess All Suites, Spa and Casino in the Dominican Republic this year.

Despite some positive reviews, our team have heard reports from a couple on their honeymoon who described the food as unpleasant and made them feel sick. Another holidaymaker stated that the buffets were full of flies and nothing was covered up. A guest stated that they and half of their family became violently ill with food poisoning. They also said that some of the meats served were not appetising.  Another holidaymaker also reported becoming very sick along with their husband. They remember seeing people vomiting on the beach and around the pool. Another visitor expressed that on a number of occasions they saw the chef handling the raw and cooked chicken with the same tongs.

If you also travelled to the Bavaro Princess and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
